Rolling Hills has a rich history of golf and tradition for generations past and present. As an employee, you will be a part of a private Club established in 1966! You will be a part of the historical Club that offers golf enthusiasts an impressive 18-hole golf course, four full tennis courts, social activities for all members and their families and a spectacular cuisine and dining experience. Rolling Hills also offers its members banquet/catering services and amenities for upcoming weddings, brunches, cocktail parties, or other events you may be planning. The Golf Shop's golf professionals and staff are ready and willing to assist our members with instruction, services, equipment and accessories, or just a friendly game of golf. And, this is just a sample of the exciting environment you will work within.

OVERVIEW: The primary focus of the Outside Golf Services Representative is to provide exceptional service to our Members!!!

DUTIES: - Assists members and guest with their golf bags to and from carts - Provides carts for members and their guests. - Cleans clubs after member use and stores in proper bin. - Assists golf shop in any other duties that may be asked of them. - Cleans and charges all golf carts after use - Responsible for the operation of the driving range daily. - Pick up and wash balls at the end of the day or as needed. - Report any problems with range equipment to Head Professional or Golf Shop- Performs other duties as assigned by Management - Provides exceptional service to Members and Guest as per Club Mission.


* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

* CPR & AED certified a plus

* Valid California Driver's License

* 18 and over preferred


* Fluent in conversational English.

* Excellent oral communication skills.

* Patient, professional manner and appearance

* Ability to work with minimal supervision


* Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

* Will be required to work some weekends and holidays.

* Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds

* Ability to bend down and reach for items

* Ability to reach in all directions

* Ability to twist and grasp items on a regular basis

* Ability to push heavy and light items

* Ability to see, hear and communicate with others
